Download With Aria2 - New Version of the Extension by Neato
This is a new version of the extension of the same name by Neato.
It can capture new download tasks and sends them to aria2 automatically, as per the rules you set (file size, file type, site whitelist, site blacklist)
It also adds a context menu item. Right click any link and select "Download with aria2" to add the link to aria2 download queue.
It also adds a settings field to the download manager.
This is a new version of the extension. It is not compatible with any version of aria2 before this version.
It supports Chrome 31 and above. It is currently not compatible with IE 11, Edge, Opera, or Safari.
It is not compatible with Windows 8 or below.
It doesn't support Linux.
You need to provide it with a user and password for the RPC service. The default user is anonymous and anonymous is the password.
Aria2 is a BitTorrent file sharing client. It supports downloading files using the BitTorrent protocol.
